About this role

We are seeking a Senior AutoCAD Draftsman to lead the preparation, coordination, and finalization of comprehensive architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. The ideal candidate will possess advanced AutoCAD expertise and deep familiarity with local building codes to ensure absolute drawing accuracy. You will also mentor junior draftsmen and collaborate closely with engineering teams to oversee project approval workflows. This role is perfect for an experienced professional ready to take full ownership of project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing Drawing in AutoCAD.
  • Coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing team.
  • Develop retrofit drawings as per requirements.
  • Prepare Rajuk as well as other city corporation & Paurashava approval sheets Develop.
  • As-Build Drawing as per requirements.
  • Modify, update, and improve existing designs as per project requirement.
  • Ensure all drawings follow industry standards, BNBC, company guidelines, and project specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the structural industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  • Good Communication & teamwork skills.
